About

We built the mirror.

SyntheticPulse was founded on a simple idea: you shouldn’t need to recruit, incentivize, and manage human panels to understand human opinion.

The problem

Traditional consumer research is slow, expensive, and riddled with bias. Surveys suffer from social desirability bias, focus groups are dominated by the loudest voice, and panels take weeks to recruit. By the time you have answers, the market has moved.

We asked: what if you could simulate a thousand consumers instead of surveying one at a time? What if each simulated consumer had a consistent personality, a memory of past interactions, and the ability to reason about new products the way a real person would?

That question led to the first SyntheticPulse prototype in early 2025. After 14 months of development, hundreds of agents running in production, and thousands of simulated conversations, we launched our beta in April 2026.

The team

AB

Alex B.

CEO & Co-Founder

Former Dir. of Research at Helix Labs. Spent a decade running consumer panels and got tired of waiting.

MC

Maya C.

CTO & Co-Founder

Built multi-agent systems at QuantCart. Obsessed with making synthetic agents feel genuinely human.

RJ

Raj J.

Head of Research

Computational social scientist. Designs the opinion formation models that drive agent behavior.

SK

Sarah K.

Head of Product

Former product lead at Prism Analytics. Turns swarm complexity into simple, usable interfaces.

Our approach

We don’t believe synthetic consumers will replace all human research. We believe they augment it — making teams faster, cheaper, and more creative in the early stages of exploration. When you need statistical certainty, run a real panel. When you need directional insight at 100x speed, launch a swarm.

We publish our benchmark results transparently, showing exactly how synthetic responses correlate with real human responses across categories. No black boxes, no marketing fluff.
