What counts as an agent-hour?

One agent-hour equals one synthetic agent running for one hour. If you deploy a swarm of 1,000 agents for a 30-minute study, that's 500 agent-hours. Unused hours do not roll over between billing cycles on the Researcher plan. Team and Enterprise plans include rollover for up to 3 months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Your data and swarms are preserved across plan changes. Enterprise contracts are annual but include a 30-day out clause.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers (US only), and wire transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. Invoicing with Net-30 terms is available for Enterprise plans after credit review.

Do you offer free trials or credits?

The Researcher plan includes a 14-day free trial with 500 agent-hours to evaluate the platform. No credit card required. Enterprise prospects can request a proof-of-concept engagement with dedicated support and custom agent-hours.

What happens if I exceed my agent-hour limit?

Researcher plan swarms pause when the limit is reached and resume at the start of the next billing cycle. Team plans automatically add overage at $0.02 per additional agent-hour (capped at 50% of your plan). Enterprise plans are truly unlimited.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing is 15% lower than monthly: Researcher at $2,958/yr ($246.50/mo) and Team at $15,198/yr ($1,266.50/mo). Enterprise annual contracts include 2 months free and priority support. Contact sales for custom terms.
